SoleMate terms and privacy

Software for sole traders to write invoices, keep receipts, log kilometres and see an estimate of the tax and GST to put aside. You run your own business; SoleMate is a tool, not an accountant, a tax agent or financial advice.

The tax, GST and logbook figures are guidance worked out from what you enter. They are not advice. Check them with your accountant or the ATO before you lodge anything.

You can use SoleMate free for 14 days. After that, adding new invoices, receipts and trips needs a one-off payment of A$60. Everything you entered stays there for you to view and export whether you pay or not. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

You own what you put in. It is stored to run SoleMate for you and is not sold or used for advertising. It is kept with reputable hosting providers, some of whose servers may be outside Australia. If you connect Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks, SoleMate sends the invoices, contacts and receipt photos you ask it to, using a connection you can switch off at any time.

Email ryan@tovelly.com.au from your sign-in address and your account and data are deleted, except anything the law requires us to keep.

Keep your password private, enter accurate details, and only send invoices you are entitled to send.

SoleMate is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, Tovelly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for SoleMate.
